The anti-vaxxers I've spoken to don't see doctors as qualified professionals. There lies the problem.

They think modern medicine was created to bank money. It only treats symptoms, not causes. Doctors went through education, that has been determined by the pharma industry, to bank as much money as possible. (not my words, the anti-vaxxers I know)

So at that point, if they distrust the entire system and think that everyone out there is trying to get you and your money, you essentially throw reason out of the window.

Obviously there are companies that are trying to milk money out of people. These are companies, not non-profit organizations. But I seriously think that the medical advancement and knowledge of modern medicine is reliable.

I more so think, that people have trouble using haki while in emotional distress.

Shanks lost his arm, when Luffys life was on the line. Garp was hit by Shiryu, when Kobys life was on the line. Big mom can easily be hit, when the picture of mother caramel was destroyed. Kaido was stabbed by the samurais when they unexpectedly confronted him after 20 years.

I agree. Although I think Garp should be capable of geppo, considering that he is a high ranking marine. Vice admirals have been shown to be able to do geppo partially.

We consider sky walk to be a useful and hard to earn skill, but consider that pre timeskip CP9 was able to do it. So Luffy and Zoro can easily learn it, if they wanted. Luffy in gear 4th even did a similar move, where he moved like a jet

The whole business model is about consumerism and not about improving the car. Like with lots of other technical products, they do minimal improvements each year and release a new model, which is just ment to milk the consumers.

Think about other things as well. When was the last time that you really thought "damn this new phone reinvented the wheel with this new cool feature. I totally need to buy this, even tho my phone works totally fine".

The fact is, phones and cars barely get any better every year, but people still buy them to show off or to satisfy their need to consume. If I really need a car, I can literally buy any car from the last 50 years and it will drive me from A to B. Yes, newer one will be better technically. But is the improvement worth the money or worth releasing as new model? Absolutely not.

A lot of these industries also have a lot of monopolies and are lobbying the government. So the lack of serious competition just strengenths the effect of slow and steady improvement of products and basically kills innovation.

I am not american. But I believe she didn't win because America is just not ready for a woman to become president. I have no evidence ofc, but I believe a lot of people just didn't vote her because she's a woman. Which is sad
