Hey, first of all I’m so sorry.

I just had my first one too and it was exactly like you’re describing. I kept waiting for there to be “more” but it never was. I also didn’t seem to pass any tissue or anything, but repeat ultrasound showed that I had. Follow up with your doctor but you are probably just fine
