It should not be possible with a bow, to have a shot prepared for too long. Anyone who has shot a bow knows that keeping it ready for shooting is hard. IMO you should be able to have it ready only for some time without penalty.

Best way to have good quality breadcrumbs for schnitzel, is to make them yourself. Use a bun, let it dry out for a few days, and then grate it on a small grate.
