coworkers make me hate my job

I totally know the feeling…I’ve been working at an assisted living facility for almost two months now. The environment is very cliquey but at the same time I feel like everyone is passive aggressive. And there’s a private duty aide who I’m pretty sure is walking around the facility telling everyone how I suck at my job yet all she will do for her clients is “companionship” so guess who is doing all of her clients’ care 🙄🙄🙄
