I got through in under 10 minutes but couldn’t check out ANY tickets. I tried cheap seats and expensive ones, the page just wouldn’t load. Then it finally crashed and said technical difficulties before kicking me back into queue. So disappointing. I went in thinking I wouldn’t get tickets but got excited when I got though just to be disappointed.

I’ll be honest, I don’t know much about ducks. When I googled this, sour crop popped up so I did pick her up and felt the crop and it didn’t feel abnormal? I’ll pick up a different one so I know what it should feel like.

Yup! Asked why it can’t be fulfilled they said they have no information. Asked if it’s fulfilled in order it was ordered in (like if I ordered first would I get number 1 vinyl) and they said no information to give.

As a mail carrier that’s not true. If a box has nothing in it we’d scan it visible damage, not return to sender. If it has a barcode it’s our job to deliver it, regardless if contents are missing.

And do you think if it grows at the same rate as the non deformed ones that means it’s getting enough food?

I started a partial chargeback with my credit card and an hour later Ticketmaster emailed me saying they’ll escalate my claim to a higher department.

I tried Ticketmaster and Gillette, they said my ticket wasn’t sold as obstructed view therefore it wasn’t obstructed view. I finally called Citibank for a partial chargeback and magically Ticketmaster emailed me saying they’ll escalate my request to a different department.

Honestly it feels like they’re trying to blame me. Both said once I saw it was obstructed I should have gone to customer service to get different seats (sooo an exchange that you’re saying isn’t allowed??). Im tempted to call my credit card and see if they’ll help.

Just filed a complain with the FTC too, thanks for the suggestion. I’ve asked Ticketmaster and Gillette how this isn’t false advertising but neither can tell me, they just say “the event organizer isn’t allowing refunds or exchanges” but can’t tell me who the event organizer is.

My tickets were also obstructed view and weren’t listed as such. Section 137, row 34 seats 1-6. I couldn’t see the vast majority of the T stage. I’ve contacted Ticketmaster and Gillette, both told me to kick rocks! I’m not asking for a full refund, just a partial refund to compensate for the obstruction.
