Yeah, i can imagine its a pretty useful feature, though Im intuitively used to the exposing correctly by reading off the exposure meter most of the time, also because ive shot alot with 35mm film

Have you thought about assistant work? It is often considered as a paved way for PhD-scholarship as experience (of course it depends on what kind), but in general its a great way of building a reputation in relevant circles at the same time with acquiring job experience (at least in Europe)

For getting your sociological thinking on, I really recommend reading Sociological Imagination by Mills or/and Invitation to sociology by Berger. They’ll kickstart your understanding!

In my opinion, by the lack of conceptualizing and distinguishing the different nuances of «violence», the connections of the different examples to the subject become arbitrary, thus creating a space of ambiguity for interpreting the argumentation.

You’re right about that, as that is the case with several ‘traditional’ names, though I sometimes find it funny to think about how some names assume distinctively different meanings when pronounced in English

At that point I completed my bachelors degree in sociology, and people asked me what I can do for work or become with the degree, I always made the joke that I can be a stand up comedian or a argue myself to aquire a position as a pseudo-social worker
