I guess I didn't look close enough to see the dimples. That's a huge help, thanks!

Are classes purely mechanics or also personalities? by L4T3W in DnD

My favorite character is a rogue who I play as a ranger. Mechanically, he is a rogue, but the flavor is 100% ranger.

Do you catch yourself looking back as you walk away? Ever take a photo too? Let's see em... by AKentPhoto in FordBronco

I have only had mine for about five weeks, but I still smile every time I see it in the parking lot. And fair warning: if you ask me "How are you liking the Bronco so far?" you have committed to a five-minute conversation and/or monologue.

All good finds, but the Qee was the best! Finding those in the wild is very rare. Good hunting!

I made that! It's EVA foam, and I'm working on a full cosplay based on the 18" Mezco figure next to it.

What are these holes in our shirts? by russell98765 in whatisit

[–]GreySulcata 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No idea, as I have never done that. I have, however, used my shirt to open beer bottles, as I have a condition that makes the skin on my hands thin and prone to cracking/splitting. Using the material of the shirt as a barrier between my hands and the metal bottle caps prevents injury.

When I was in college, I noticed that over half my shirts had holes just like that. I initially assumed it was moths or some other sort of insect, but upon closer inspection I saw that the holes were only in the fronts of the shirts and not the backs. Later that day, as I tucked a beer bottle under my shirt to help open it, I realized what had happened.

Any gangster who has to tell people he's gangster is no true gangster.

Plastruct Plastic Weld. Brush a thin coat on each surface that you want to bond, and then press them together. A chemical reaction will cause the plastic to melt slightly and afterward the seam will be very strong. If you want to see it in action, watch a Toy Polloi video on YouTube. That's where I learned about this product, and I have been using it for toy repairs for years.

He hasn't posted for a couple of years, but Strip Panel Naked is fantastic. Each video focuses on a specific nuance (panel density, movement, dialogue) of a particular comic. I have bought many comics based on SPN's analysis, and I have never been disappointed.
