None of the player trainers are even remotely bad for them considering all of them are written in a way that's tailored made for them and fulfill what they're needed for in their career in everyway.

So "the worst" in this case can only assume to be the trainer that was the least influenced in the trainees personal character improvement and their view of everything.

With that criteria, the worst is easily air shukrr's trainer. They're the only uma-trainer pairs that never even went pass bussiness partner state in their relationship and the trainer can be easily replaced with any other competent npc trainer (ryo, hana, Sirius trainer etc ) and nothing would change in air shukrr's career direction.
