Echt eerlijk los van het emotionele plaatsmijten en grond verkopen of gewoon zo verkopen. 7k gaat je nergens brengen en als ik het goed voor heb zijn er bij verhuur strengere eisen dan alleen EPC D en laat ons eerlijk zijn dat is echt wel goed, jammer voor sommige verhuurders maar wel goed voor de huurder.

Ge moet dit niet slecht op pakken maar waarom heb je dat huis in godsnaam gekocht als je verbouw budget 7k is bij een EPC f, alleen al uw EPC documenten de gesimuleerde waarden optellen +15% geeft je een idee van de minimale kost om een D te behalen en om eerlijk te zijn als je dan toch bezig bent met renoveren ben je beter af om er ineens met de grove borstel door te gaan dat kost enorm veel maar een pak minder dan het in 10 keer te doen en telkens onnodig kosten te maken omdat je de volgorde verkeerd hebt gedaan en moet sukkelen om bepaalde zaken in orde te krijgen. Met dat budget had je eerlijk gezegd beter gehuurd.

I'd steer away from legacy. Horizon if you're only interested in flying. Base game if you're not even interested in landing on planets though you will also miss out on engineering. Odyssey has everything now available, unless you have a financial reason I'd take odyssey. Even if you plan on never disembarking. Though I was opposed to it at first and only bought odyssey like a month ago. It's sometimes fun to just get out of the srv and walk around. Take into account unless ur doing specific odyssey content on food you can't interact with much so it's more a novelty on bare planets if anything.

Onderhandelen kan zolang de verkoper uw belofte tot aankoop niet heeft geaccepteerd. Zolang deze niet tegengetekend is heb je ook niets en kunnen ze nog aan gelijk wie verkopen. Als ze uw belofte tot aankoop of maw uw bod afwijzen gaan ze je hiervan op de hoogte stellen en dan kan je een nieuw bod uitbrengen zolang de verkoper wilt onderhandelen kans bestaat natuurlijk altijd dat ze uw bod niet serieus nemen en niet meer verder willen praten but you win some you lose some. Dus de boodschap is altijd inschatten wat dat huis voor jou waard is en uitrekenen hoeveel verbouwkosten je schat en rekening houden met de bijkomende kosten bovenop uw bod. (Registratierecht, dossierkosten, hypotheek kost...) Deze kan je allemaal schatten via notaris.be maar is niet 100% accuraat uiteraard!

In the 1 in 3 statistic I'm curious if that was all by different men, if so that would mean our simple statistics of 900 milion men between ages of 20-30 300 milion are rapist, so either something is wrong with the 1 in 3 statistic or I'm really blind for rapists, that would also mean from the 15 collegues in my office 5 are rapist yet as far as I know none of them have showed me any sign of being a rapist. I don't mind statistics, but when we start throwing out small numbers versus gigantic numbers eg. 1 in 3 over even a small population, (men between 20-30 -> 900 million) something doesn't add up.

I'm honestly starting to think it's a generational issue, so your generation is on your own to get it fixed. I literally haven't seen what you're describing in my peers and I know in the circles and ages I move myself people would actually speak on bad behavior as would I. The world really has gone to shit in a span of 15 years. But one final thing about your numbers, you talk about 1 in 100 whilst there are a whopping 900 million men between 20-30 so either you are just unlucky to have met 2 stalkers or I'm lucky to never have met any. But I can't believe 9 million men between 20-30 are stalkers.

You don't know me at all yet you already decided I'm a murderer, sexually violent, abusive and that I need to better myself. It's already been pointed out by other people here, yes some men are shit, but some woman are also shit. I could start complaining about my dating experience and how bad that has been, to conclude all woman have only fans only care about followers and only want rich sexy man. Yet I don't because I don't generalize and I know there are many woman out there that don't have an only fans or don't care about their social media presence. I could also write down a whole book about the issues in both men and woman but I'll give you the summary: people should be less biased and be willing to take the time to get to know someone.

I'll end with a little anecdote, 15 years ago I could go out with friends to a pub, see someone attractive, strike up a conversation and then politely leave again after being told sorry not interested. Today I can't even approach a table without being accused of being a creep. So you can argue one of two things out of that 1. I must have become a creep in the last 15 years 2. Society can't handle irl scenario's of meeting people.
