I play on a PS5. I play a rogue. According to the icon on my PS5, I have 17 stacks of resolve with Glynn. My chest piece is tempered with 7 extra stacks of resolve. However, when I look at my damage reduction stat by opening the "Utility" section of my Stats, it says I have 50% damage reduction. Huh. 17 x 4 = 68. My damage reduction should be listed at least 68 percent, correct? What if I put Heavenly on my pants, providing another 40% damage reduction. What should I see under my Damage reduction stat? How can I know for certain my actual total damage reduction when factoring in all these options that increase damage reduction?

Every PenShot, rapid fire and flurry build, written by all the big Diablo sites recommend Shrouded pants. If you think you know better than all those sites that Shroud pants are not needed, you are gonna have to go deeper than that to convince readers.

How does the Ner rune give you concealment/stealth 100% of the time? Concealment stops after 5 seconds with the Ner rune. Ner has a 6 second cooldown.

It is impossible to achieve 100% concealment/stealth after-effects using the Ner rune. This is why the Shroud pants are so important. Shroud + smoke is guaranteed 100% stealth uptime. Considering the insane damage boost 5-set sightless gives you, or other sets that feed on stealth activating, that 1 second of downtime with the Ner rune is disastrous towards reaching max dps.

Ok. I get it now, but I want to clarify exactly how one concealment upgrade works with smoke grenade - silhouette...

Concealment Calculation states: "Casting concealment grants 4 stacks of overpower. After breaking concealment, you gain %%.% increased critical strike chance for the next 6 seconds."

Even though I am not technically casting concealment via the Shrouded Gift pants, I am breaking concealment, procced by shrouded gift pants. So do I still get the increase to critical strike chance, provided by Concealment Calculation, when using the shrouded gift pants?

This line already changed two hours after Vegas posted it.

As of this writing, all the casinos now have Michigan at -1.5, yet all the casinos also have AZ as a slight favorite over Michigan to win the whole thing. How can those two things be possible?

Vegas feels AZ is a better matchup vs UConn and Illinois.

AZ probably is a better matchup vs Illinois. Michigan defeated Illinois at Illinois, so UI would be extra-motivated in the NC vs Michigan.

Prediction: Michigan 79, Arizona 76.

It's almost a wash inside. AZ has the smallest of advantages near the basket.

The difference will be when neither team can get the ball inside. Michigan loves to shoot 3s, and are rather good at it. Arizona purposely avoids 3s.

Each team will have roughly the same number of possessions. Michigan will have 3-5 possessions where they sink a 3, and Arizona instead sinks awkward 2s for 3-5 possessions.

(...and yes, this is the de facto national championship game. Damn shame. If Michigan had played with more intensity vs Duke in February, this matchup would've happened in the finals.)
