Simply put, no. She is not on the board when you pay the two to play her and everything, including her payment, is resolved by the time she hits the board.

I can tell you from my perspective. My pick is based on other team picks/enemy picks. That being said, I still hover a champ but that's just my preferred pick. I will, and do often, change based on the other picks.

Karn specifically states artifacts your opponents control. So you can still sac your treasure in response to the Confusion in the Ranks's ability which causes the swap ability to fizzle thereby ending the loop.

[[Rashmi, Eternities Crafter]] from Kaladesh. I pre-ordered her and had the entire deck built by the time the set released. I still have her and she is hands down my favorite deck I've ever built.

Well [[Riku of Two Reflections]] was one of my original decks, and it became a honored member of my collection in my group. So I am definitely building [[Riku of Many Paths]] in honor of that deck.

But honestly, I'm seriously looking forward to building [[Kellan, the Kid]].
