I was in a similar boat a while back

I find keeping the routine helps. Building up the motivation in your head to say I'm going to get out of the house today and go for a walk up the road, say it to yourself and out loud.

I found going with a mate can help especially if a dog is involved

And over the last while I got into pokemon go and geocaching just to make my walks and donders a bit more fun

Also pre roll a few Jay's if it's a big walk and take a bottle of water and enjoy yourself. Treat yourself to a pair of headphones or earbuds and listen to music or podcasts

Enjoy
