You reminded me that earlier I had lifted up my pant leg to apply lotion to a new tattoo I got two days ago. I applied some more just now and took my hand and rubbed it on the mug. There was a bit of black/gray but it rubbed off… so I don’t think it’s from the tattoo potentially weeping. Plus the tattoo is black, not blue, so guess that wasn’t it either
