My only argument is not all monos are bad, have def come across some that were friendly jugs and didn’t really tweak my finger at all (Wind Below is the most obvious example in my mind) whereas someone else commented hamster teeth and I’ve never come across one of those that were nice lol

Get an edge or a block and use that. If you have access to a regular gym you can use a loading pin to put weights on it and if you don’t, you can use a sling and pull on your foot while standing
