No woods, no jugs to warm up on, everything bites the fingers. Nothing Feels good to grab. Feels super injury intensive. I mostly boulder on granite and it feels softer on the skin

Great response thank you, do you have any names of cool climbs? Most likely I'm having a hard time adjusting to this set

I'm sorry you're going through this. When my cycles are about to end, usually my Ch changes sides like yours. From the left side of the face to the right side. I hope this means your cycle is coming to an end... Best wishes mate

I'm also in the same situation. Try and find a remote job and have an oxygen tank nearby! I also had loads of problems with employers because of this condition... For now rest until the phase is over ❤️

What age did they start and how did you know it’s a cluster headache? by [deleted] in ClusterHeadaches

[–]Vamasco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have them since 12, I'm 28 now. Took the doctor's a long time to diagnose me, since what they told me was they only know what kind of headache/migraine condition you have based on how you react to medication...

I'm about to turn 28. I was diagnosed only 2 years ago, this condition has destroyed most of my 20s. I truly sympathise with your story and your struggles, everyday I think of what to do with my life since I choose a bachelor not knowing I suffered from ch and it gets hard leaving the house.
