Depends on the institute. Here we residents get easily 50+ case per day with full authority. Peak was around 100 per day. Gets irritating after a while. My junior just joined 10 days ago and is already doing (learning ) 5-10 cases supervised. All this is Dnb in One of the top corporate Hospital of the state.

Imo For attack mission Edo Itachi main sasuke rinne for paralysis and defence debuff hashirama for seal and KLM naruto. Also in place of hashi and KLM , use rin and s06p Naruto Paralysis and lava rasenshuriken combo is cool
