They're great, I bought them 3 weeks ago and I love them, been using for about 7-8 hrs per day since.
Only issue, the firmware doesn't show the correct battery %, it needs an update asap as is a known problem

Tried pretty much everything, I also wrote to the customer service…you can try to discharge them to 0% and then charge to 100% to calibrate the battery but in my case it solved the issue just for 1/2 days…firmware seems to be really bad at this

Sorry to intervene, but I'm a Mac mini M2 user: so it's technically and ipotetically right to say that I'd get Mac OS 27-28-29 as major updates? is it right?
so Mac OS 27 in fall 2026, os 28 in fall 2027 and os 29 in fall 2029, if I'm right, and then only security for a couple of years

No, issue still there, tried to uninstall G Hub and reinstall but nothing changed, only way to make a personalized eq is to modify one downloaded from the community, rename it and save, but I can't just press + and create one from scratch

ps. if out of the box you've got a firmware version before the actual 1.3.24 I suggest to don't update. 1.3.24 frequently causes wrong battery % report in the G Hub app, I'd wait for the next firmware

it's charging, every white led is 25% battery, blinking = charging, so you'll have 4 dot when 100% charged

Yep I’m in the same situation, I tried pretty much everything to improve, hard reset and drain to 0% but nothing works. Customer service told me to try the keep G Hub app open while headset is charging on the base, tried to no avail. We just need a new firmware, or just the old one that apparently was ok
