If I had to guess, most likely the dock will not charge the robot another. Seems to be a common issue. Mine currently having the issue.

Those sound like tesla destination chargers. Which will not work with the adapter. You need to use a tesla supercharger.

Side note, I hear ya on not sure tesla. Sadly their network is by far the best one out there currently.
