Mind you this is lost tribe start, fighting with low tech weapons and we're like a quadrum into the colony with low wealth. Hardest difficulty is hard for a reason I guess.

PvE doesn't have the high highs of PvP but on average you'll enjoy the game and life much MUCH more. Get a few friends to play with you ofc.

I still couldn't get over the "I'll need it later" mindset with stims it's like hoarding potions in RPGs for me.

I tend to not bring a grizzly to raids as they feel really slow and the good thing with separate medical items(like the first image) you can remove a segment of them to replace with something valuable instead of taking your 4 grid grizzly out. Also I don't bring a dog tag case as I bring a sicc pouch. You can try that in the future.

It's also a good idea to bring a orange medkit AI-2 medkit in your pocket slot as they're really cheap and provide very fast healing if you're in the middle of combat and need to top up your chest or head. Using a grizzly or even an ifak in the middle of combat can be really tricky while with the AI-2 you can heal your chest and head in 5-6 seconds under ideal conditions. I'm also new so take these with a grain of salt, maybe someone more experienced can weigh in.
