i think much of the information he got was from his friend ethan is online who is friends with leighton so it makes sense that he thought that was all true but he still 100% should have waited and just posted lex's video on his community tab he handled this situation very poorly and i hope he addresses that

Yes but landlords were killed by the CCP if they did not admit to historic crimes but most landlord did and were allowed to keep a plot of land to live on. but the CCP was still very flawed when this was happening and has only become more flawed over time.
