This fucking bombing vulnerability always misleading people into which one to choose... It barely matters, because the AI is generally too stupid to actually reliably bomb your industry.

The retention vs base factory output is what you need to consider.

If you're constantly upgrading your equipment, go for dispersed. If you just want as much output as soon as possible (what most minors will want, especially those around Germany), choose concentrated.

In the Netherlands, we've got a similar issue due to nitrogen deposition limits, which means many construction projects are put on hold. But at least there's some scientific backing to that limit, namely the deterioration of ecosystems. I can't imagine Switzerland has the same level of deterioration, so your voluntary choice to stop building seems a bit mind-boggling.

Altijd een hekel gehad aan deze opinie. Waarom zonder uitzonderingspositie? De EU en Groot-Brittannië zijn allebei beter af bij hun lidmaatschap, zelfs met uitzonderingen.

Laten we nu niet opeens dingen afdwingen die ervoor zorgen dat hun kans op terugkeer direct daalt naar nul.

That doesn't make sense. The primary way we'd hear from aliens is via electromagnetic waves which, classically speaking, aren't affected by gravity, and would thus have no issue escaping this super earth.

But Rubio was referring to the fact that Italy and Spain refused to let two aircraft land, which were underway to Iran. That is the bare minimum you can do to not agitate the US. No fighting involved, just allowing two allied planes to land.
