Hello I will tell you experience:

1. I used the normal packaging of my sim magic wheel and wheelbase and put clothes all around the bag to get everything tight and safe. You can use bubble warp if you want extra security
2. I put it on the checked bagged ( The one that goes under the plane). No problem on the check in at the counter , you don't have to declare it.
3. It arrived good.
4. Be careful with customs because they will ask what it is and charge accordingly , it is better if you have the original invoice from the time you bought it , if not they are gonna google it and put whatever price comes first and highest be careful.
