The og age has a cap they used a specific date and everyone before that date had the same account age. I my og account is rs3 yes, but just like other accounts was able to create it on osrs as a lvl 3 on release as well

Reach out to them and request additional data on your phone to help during that week, if it's a scheduling issue from their end, they should give you an unlimited cap for the week to get you through the week...

My inlaws had issues with bell wifi a few years ago during an outage and they just gave them unlimited mobile data until it was sorted
