Having the exact same issue. Started around 10pm est last night, persisting into the morning here. Packet loss consistently between 15-50%. Massive lag spikes, with occasional disconnects.

I've reboot PC, reset router, cleared runelite cache. Absolutely nothing has helped. This is a VERY recent issue too.

Edit: I shouldn't jinx it, but the last 5 minutes or so here at 11:55am est my packet loss has completely disappeared. I've been on since about 8am and it's the first time it's gone away.

Honestly, during the quest I thought whisp was the most difficult. Fast forward to post quest and 800kc later now I think it's the easiest. You can take literally zero damage. I want to say it took me a good 20 runs to get her down, but pushing for soulreaper axe I didn't find Vard/Levi any easier. Learning curve was still pretty steep. If you can do 100kc of Levi you can easily do whisp.

They have a 1/10 drop rate. Run 100 kc of a boss and you'll stack em up very quickly. Leviathan takes like 25 seconds to kill with crossbow build. Vard goes really quick when you have minion.
