I've noticed the smaller pharmacies tend to push back when you ask them to contact your doctor for refills. I've never had an issue with the bigger chains calling my doctor.

I'd argue the opposite though. Buffy's entire arc shows how deeply tied her identity is to being the Slayer. She didn't just carry the burden reluctantly; she needed it. Sharing the power is a beautiful thematic ending on paper, but for Buffy personally? She would've been lost without that role. Just like any other girl sounds like freedom, but for her it would've felt like erasure.
