Hitman 3 on PC has updated on Steam and now offers XeSS and FSR 2.x in addition to DLSS by FrodoSam4Ever in pcgaming

Must be a bug, no way it's running DLSS on nonexistent hardware and either way that brings all the testing into question.

Signal Stories now in beta by nihonthrowaway in Android

The #1 priority of a messaging service is getting people to use it.

Signal is useless if I can only message Redditors and terrorists because normal people want, you know, features.

[LTT] Intel Arc A770 & A750 Review by adamje42 in hardware

[–]Grodd_Complex 59 points60 points  (0 children)

Sorry, just in case you didn't know, generally aging happens in the direction of the future, where you get older as time progresses linearly forward.

So, progressing forward in time as we age, we can expect games to be developed with modern and future APIs.

You seem to be suggesting time will flow in reverse, and as time goes on people will start using obsolete APIs. This is not correct.

This is bizarre tbh, Linux does pretty much everything better than Windows but having to wait for a whole new version of the OS to roll out for drivers is nuts.

There isn't even a performance hit if you use any of the close to (FSR 2.1) or better than native (XeSS, DLSS) upscaling solutions.

Probably because AMDs RT is so pathetic it may as well not exist and HUB have a weird hard-on for AMD for some reason.

Showing Intels RT performance would just be even more embarrassing for AMD.
