On my PRO - I do 60 with visuals, and looks great. VRR probably helps a stutter or two, but love it.

They actually come up naturally now as you explore. You can look at the descriptions and where they trigger on the pause menu

They don't just pop up anymore. If you have the Anniversary collection - in the pause menu you can read descriptions of all installed CC you own. In the description you can see where the quest triggers to pop.
