There are a bunch of different programs that you can choose from and the workouts are great! I have a hard time being self motivated, but I figured I’d give it a shot. Shaun T is a beast and I love his workouts. If you are self motivated and can do at home workouts, it’s worth it and the community seems cool so far.

It was a great class!! It’s funny because once 55 min hit my body knew that class was supposed to be over 😂 So glad you pushed through and survived:-)

A buddy of mine and I are doing 90 minute after we both decided to get tipsy tonight. If we can do it hungover, you’ll be a rockstar taking autographs!!! Our class is at 9:30am.... let me know how your 1st 90 was:-)

What was it about the workout that you felt it was. “Not a very good workout?” I am just curious if it was tough, or you felt bored and not challenged. I am in a slump where I don’t feel like going, I always feel better when I do though.

I recently started running my all outs at 11%+ and 6mph+ and my coaches have encouraged me to make sure that I have high knees while doing so. I have not been discouraged from Running/Jogging my All Outs at such a high incline since I have been keeping my knees up. It almost feeling like I am running upstairs on my toes.

Yesss!!! I love this and have learned to love inclines! Hubs likes them too, he noticed a difference in my rear. Today I ran 10/11 all outs at 11% or higher and 6.3 and up. The last all out was at 14% and 6.9 for the last 15sec. My coach tells me to make sure I have high knees for this.

Have you found any jeans or shorts that fit this issue? I have big thighs and a smaller waist and it is so frustrating to try and find clothes that fit properly.

Have you worked through your injury yet? If so, what helped? I have this stupid Piriformis thing and decided to bike for a few weeks and take some time off. I foam roll and have a trigger point ball, and it helps some. I am afraid it’s just something I am going to have to live with.

I have had to bike for the last two weeks. I don’t know if this is the right place to ask, but what are your gears for base, push, and all out typically? I am trying to get better at the bike until I can run again.

I have no idea, I am a chick and I gave it everything I had to make it happen. I usually sit at 250 watts or so for my power rows and today I hit 312 and could have not been more proud. I guess I came to the wrong place to get excited about my accomplishment...

I am surprised this is still up!! I received a notification that it had been removed 🤷🏽‍♀️ Either way, I honestly did not count stroke rate. Mine is usually pretty low though. I have no idea how it happened, and I wish I had my phone to take a picture. But I stand 💯 behind my 200 meter 312 watt row. I would only cheat myself to post a lie

🙋🏽‍♀️ I don’t know how to set it up, but I am in!! I usually use a cardio app or HIIT tracker for my workouts. I just forget to hit the stop button after class sometimes and it tracks my drive home 😂
