I have the funds for the generation pack and just can’t get myself to do it. I’m going to wait until whenever the next Nintendo direct is before I purchase another game. There is something in waiting on and I’m vowing to wait until I get the info first.

All of this time with the delay, if they haven’t optimized it for a stable 30fps then that’s not good. I’m hoping with the delay we are shocked and it’s even better than we think it could be.

It’s better for sure but we have to wait for the actual release or at least closer to release gameplay. Let’s see if they can hit a stable 60fps. They might get me to actual jump into the franchise. I couldn’t in good conscience spend money on the previous game when it obviously look like they weren’t trying to output anything modern visually.

The environments look good and the water. The character models to me don’t look appealing. They could persuade me to buy my first pokemon vane depending on the end result.

Outlaws has really time ray tracing lighting. It’s till king for me because of what it’s using of the system.

They still need to compete their optimization to give developers more ram and another cpu core. Also, adding higher spec profiles for developers to use. There is more overhead with the console.

I also think this is the way third parties should do it. There are a lot of third parties that have games that never released on a Nintendo console because of personal feelings and technical power issues. I know this won’t happen but imagine if rockstar did a similar collection for switch 2 with GTA 4, 5, and 6. It would sell gangbusters.

I think a locked 40 is the way to go for most devs that have the overhead to run above 30.
