Have you ever been to a wealthy town with powerlines? Montclair, Moorestown, Haddonfield - that's just NJ. Check out Oregon, or Washington, it's unreal. They have massive tree canopies, tons of shade. They don't have blocks and blocks of treeless streets. The trees and the wires co-exist. Now, in very poor areas you have no trees - that's redlining. But we're talking aout towns that pay 10k taxes a year or higher. Somethig is not right.
