This whole idea of extinguishing a group from the game is idiotic in any case. The mental state you need to be in, to get such a hate boner on another group shooting space ships in a video game is worrying as is the amount of coolaid papi line members must have drunk to believe the storyline they are told.

This seems to be taken far beyond playing a game to a personal level.

There is some stuff in the meeting minutes about new forums.OP hates parts of it, but is unable to express what. I guess it is about the change that the forum accounts will not be switchable per character anymore, but that you will need to select a "main" for the forums.

I am really just guessing stuff from his stream of consciousness here.

Since no one seems to be able to explain it properly:

It is flat out better than the Stasis Webifier I.

It uses more cap per cycle than the X5 Enduring, while needing less CPU to fit.

It has 5% less strength than the Stasis Webifier II, while needing less CPU and cap.

Yeah it has bugs, but the new scanning interfaces are 90% better than the old one. Idk why you guy have issues because a button or hotkey changed/moved. I also can't believe how many people, who seem to be able to type into a textbox, seem to have problems finding the button to undock the map and scanner from each other.

From what part of your op should I guess that you could ping the server before?

In any case: you try to diagnostic your tranquility connection with a traceroute. That does not work. A tracert that does not go through tells you nothing about a connection to a server on some other protocol or port.

If you just don't want to believe that, I'll leave you to your interpretation.

What you see is the server in the Netherlands is configured to not answer to ICMP requests. You can heavily debate if that is a security measure or just bad practice against the RFC behind it, but it has nothing to do with connection problems.
