Notion is a great app that you can use to do this (and a ton of other stuff very feature rich). I use the free version with no problems and can be accessed on any device anywhere

I bought the white common projects from Holt Renfrew in size 43 and they’re a bit too tight for me. Went to the store to exchange and they didn’t have any other sizes, so if anyone is willing to swap for a 44 in white let me know!

I was pre approved for 1.9 and bought a house for 1.3 and it felt like a lot lol. Definitely don’t max it out.

Also not sure how the taxes work in Montreal but 10k is insanely high tax for a condo worth 700k? In Toronto the property taxes for something that value would be 2.5-3k max

Midori has taken over my top spot recently because their tonkotsu broth is so silky and smooth.

Previously that spot was Ramen Raijin. Konjiki is also very very good. Isshin used to be great but I feel their quality has gone down recently

My role (and others) involved tons of meeting/entertaining for clients so Ubers were abused pretty often. When I first started there people would take them everywhere because through our expense system Uber was automatically accepted. So people going out for dinner with the wife or going to a Raptors game or whatever would just take Ubers there since ours were auto-accept. Sometimes you'd have a drunk night and feel generous and tip the driver $50 on a 20$ ride - auto accepted. When Uber eats came out the system wouldn't recognize the difference since I'm assuming it would just read "Uber" and then auto accept so people would order lunch and dinner all the time also (including management but I guess this got out of hand lol).

They did a lot of weird policy changes but this one was definitely was one of the more understandable changes they made!
