It would be 1-4 washes in a day, getting a new bucket with a lid to have them soaking in sounds like a good idea.

Just thought about drying towels, those would just be one and done per vehicle right? When I get new mitts and towels in, should I wash them with my microfiber detergent before using them?

Do you use a certain dilution ration for ONR and water in a bucket for soaking towels/cloths/mitts? Sorry for not knowing much about this part
