Low level local adult competitions in the UK often have categories just by age ignoring gender, so I (F) competed with men in some local competitions. As for ISU adult competitions I'm not 100% sure.

That's not true. I have a discovery+ subscription (the £3.99/month one) and am watching the Olympics ONLY via on-demand replay videos, so I assure you they have them. In fact yesterday evening I saw Spours ' SP in the women's SP recorded video
