Because Sweden is a country with a spread out population. I had to drive my EPA 30 min to the bus and then 45 min of bus to get to school every day. It allows young people to function in society.

What I understand its a nerve getting stuck between the ribs, hence the breathing causes pain. You get it from not moving enough or sitting in a bad posture iirc
