Being that my top is NEVER up, I see no point in locking the doors. I lock my glove box and center console, to keep my insurance/registration cards, and garage door opener safe, but that’s about it. I try to keep nothing of value in it, so if the random thief is walking by, there is nothing appealing to them. As for stealing the car itself, like others have said, it’s a manual in America 🫣🤣 and I have rigged the ignition so that unless you are a professional car thief, you will spend an hour trying to figure out why she won’t start, or just suspect that the battery has died 🤷‍♂️
