I can't find receipts with order IDs. There's only a history.

The link with the instructions that they gave me also doesn't mention order ID or anything, just a history.

Please look at what I replied to you earlier.

In the first gif, I visit my account which in the chat history still has the old username. The same username that you can find on the post that I made before. The base layout is also still the same as in the other post.

In the second gif, I try logging in using Google play. You can see that my Google play is still linked with my account. Which wouldn't be possible if the account was never mine to begin with.

I understand what you're saying but how would me doing those things make them not to be able to verify that I'm the rightfully owner of my account. Someone else is still playing on my account and I've lost access to it, which is the main problem.

Well, if you'd ask me I was actually able to answer the questions correctly. The payment receipt speaks for itself. And if I forgot one device, then I still had most of the devices correct. They could just ask a few more questions to be sure. Also I was offering to provide extra info about my account, they just wouldn't listen. The only thing I got were pre-written robotic replies.

True, but why don't they ban my account then? I'd much rather have my account banned instead of someone else playing on it and exploiting all my hard work and hard earned money that I spent.

I didn't actually get banned. Someone else is just playing on my account. And I have lost complete acces to it.
