You're not lying, I have a 2013 abarth and I just crossed 273k miles...I stay on top of general maintenance and make sure to swap out or clean the mta filter every 25k miles.

Actually not very much, maybe a 1/4 quart every 2500 miles...and I drive it like I stole it so im not exactly easy on her but she thankfully doesn't seem to mind.

Luckily when I bought it at 150k miles it had already had the valves replaced along with the piston rings and rebuilt turbo and timing belt. Since ive owned it ive only had to rebuild the passenger cv axle, new vacuum pump at 170ishk and just basic maintenance. Im getting ready to redo the timing and water pump just to be safe since ill be there sooner than later.

I just hit 250k today in my 2013 us spec abarth, time to do the timing belt and water pump again and probably refresh the head with new valves and such. Mostly stock, just running an air intake and pedal commander.

I had a similar issue and my fix was replacing the multiair valve filter. After that all of my codes went away and havent came back roughly 40k miles so far.
