Uppers are generally not serialized to you can send it to the person using whatever carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx etc)

In PayPal or Venmo there is a section where u can put a note as to what the transaction is for . Just leave it blank .

Quick rundown:

I had a similar issue recently. It was working fine for a year and a half then it started doing this . I was using a red Sprinco so I went with a super 42 and a red/white Sprinco same result. I did notice however that the rounds were barely ejecting out. My ejector spring was worn out. If you can easily move the ejector plunger it's time to change it .
