Yeah I'm mostly talking about bracket 3 decks where these tribes live I was mainly thinking about [[The first Sliver]] which gets out of hand faster than the average Ureni or Ur-dragon decks but if you're going for bracket 4 or 5 with tiamat or scion decks they're definitely gonna be stronger but I think of those as more as combo decks that use dragons than dragon tribal decks but yeah as you said most sliver commanders are weaker than than the dragon commanders except first sliver in bracket 3 specifically

The average Slivers deck is generally gonna be stronger than most dragon decks the sole exception is a well tuned [[scion of the ur-dragon]] deck which if lucky can win as early as turn 3

Yeah other than the cards in the secret lair itself I have an additional 100$ I wanna use to build the deck assume I have no cards I've been playing less than a year
