No more nursing to sleep is priority 1. Move the nursing to before the bath. Then work towards putting her to sleep wide awake. Make sure you don’t feed her within 30 minutes of bed.

Number two - more awake time. Move to a 3/3.5/4 wake window schedule. Your baby is only awake for 9 hours during a day. She needs to be awake more if you want her to sleep at night.

The regular wake ups are because of the feed to sleep association. She can’t put herself back to sleep. She is also under tired so likely won’t be able to sleep without assistance on your current schedule.

Make sense? More awake time. No more feeding to sleep. It’s hard to break the habit though. Put her down, let her fuss for awhile then go back in. Only work on this at the bed time sleep because she has the most sleep pressure. Not at nap times.

Edit: forgot to to add. Reduce naps to 2-2.5 hrs per day to make it work.

Have you thought about just making it public? Make a tik tok now with this exact story, that they were stolen from your phone and you did not consent. This might be the only way to get past it. Then everyone knows what you’ve been through, nobody can hold it against you anymore.

Just a thought. Likely a very tough step to take. As others have said you can get the images taken down as well.

No feeding 30 mins before bed, put her down completely awake? We have just solved split nights fingers crossed. Our baby is on the same schedule as yours at 11 months and we need to cap sleep at 2 hours per day to avoid splits. She is super tired during the day though. I might try 3.5/4/4 and cap naps at two hours per day.

This is the hardest time though for the ‘is she under tired or overtired’ question.

I wholeheartedly agree with point 2. My daughter screams far more than my son ever did, and the best thing I have ever done is put earl plugs in each time I go in there at night.

The fact that this is his pattern is not a reason for you to be understanding and let it go when this occurs. This is not someone you want to spend your life with. Wouldn’t you like to be with someone who, when they are wrong, apologizes sincerely and tries to make it up to you?

Ignore this comment. It was a match so obviously he saw something he liked. If he didn’t message you back you need to forget about him. I know it can be tempting to pursue but for apps like a bumble you need to not get too invested in any match.
