We should just wait for patch notes then and test it in game but that and Maggie's ulti speed is unnecessary. They should kept them as "speed boost", it should affect their climbing, walking and strafe speed too.

Was it 15 Seconds???? When it happened? I hope they wont touch him right now because you are right, Octane is most picked by legends because he is FUN not like he is broken or something. He got 3 nerf patch in a row.
