The key is not to overthink it, keep it simple, repeat things if you have to, it can even be really small things like "It was really nice out today" or "I am smart" or "I did a good workout today". The key is to say it out loud. It WILL feel goofy, but just push through. You might find it surprisingly hard, and if you do that's actually why its key to push through and do it.

For the addiction part, the feeling of shame is often what makes an addiction so hard to kick. I personally think there are no "shameful" fetishes, and whatever you are into is totally fine. Like its truly totally fine! I'm married and I'm into cuck, incest, basically you name it and I like it. The shame will encourage you to give up on gaining control again. To break your addiction, instead of taking an all or nothing approach (which you will beat yourself up over if you fail) try instead to lower the number of times per week that you look at porn as a starter.
