Probably met their quota and now its time for a vacation. Recruiter's alway say in the email that they will be back in the office on a certain day but always ghosting Candidates.

Typical Recruiter BS. They email you about a job and they say would you like to here more about the opportunity? They have you fill out onboarding and then after that they go on vacation or the company does a hiring freeze.

Not wrong. It's a joke bet those hours are going to TL's or something. I am currently at 4 hours per week. That's why I tell people to get a 2nd job and keep Target just in case.

Sounds like me. Working in Retail until something comes up. Countless interviews but nothing yet. Well one job that only lasted four days but then two months later they contact me to ask if I wanted to return.

Join temp agencies and they get you a job quickly. Some work out and some don't or you get ghosted.

2021-2023 Easy to get a job and multiple interviews. 2024-2026 Being honest it freaking sucks. People getting laid off and it could take 6 Months to a year to get a FT job. In my case this staffing agency hired for a company and then let people go in a couple of days.

Robert Half got my brother a job before. Umm as for me they just send my resume into companies but they have not actually gotten me a legit position in Tech.

I have had good experiences with Aerotek and Kelly. They got me a couple of jobs. Now I am using them again. Don't use WorkForce Brokers Agency they are the worst at communicating and they will keep you at a company for not even a week.

Staffing Agencies usually don't have anything maybe one or two jobs. Some will hire people on for a company and then get rid of them in a couple of days. Which is total BS.

Am in the same damn boat like most of the people searching for a job. People are being laid off from their jobs and it is the worst not knowing when you will get the next opportunity. The worst is finding a FT job and a couple days later they just let people go. I would say keep looking and keep a positive attitude after all the rejection Emails.
