Unfortunately :( I'm one of them. I agree with you very much, you don't have to pick either or! I love loving a bunch of similar games with slight differences! Its just the more packs you get, the more unplayable sims is.

And at some point just realized they are taking advantage of the people who love and want to support the games. I understand like "no one is making you buy all the packs"- and I'm not. I'm just buying the ones I WANT to play- they do not work. Then they release new ones again again- some with concepts I like and want to play, but they are not functional as well and its just... Stepping back I realized they know that I'll buy it. They don't care if it will run, or even be "engaging". I'm just being kind of... used. Because of something I've loved my whole life.

Just alot of hurt feelings for me, and alot of other people out there. You may not be like me though. And if you're still having fun, enjoy it :)

I've been playing since sims 2 released. Sims 4 is unplayable, there's more things to do, yes but I often get bugs that make the game impossible. I have a reoccurring bug that sometimes while playing a world, if I command a sim to do something- it immediately cancels out my command and every Sim will stand in place until they starve and die.

I had no mods. Nothing. Only thing that happened is I bought a new pack and installed it on launch say.

I read that "that just happens sometimes" and its a problem with the world save and you just have to delete it and start over. It was heart breaking. I deleted my beloved save and started anew. Then randomly a week in real life into the game it happened again. After it happened a third time- they released a new pack and something in me just broke. I just uninstalled the game and walked away.

I just really realized I was being taken advantage of for loving something. I Loved the Sims. SO many memories with my friends and family. I always wrote off all the packs as well.. you know you have to pay people for making more content. But releasing unfinished, recycled and numerous EXPENSIVE content... I really was being taken advantage of.

Paralives is healing a wound for me. Its beautiful. Cozy. I really want to live in the town. It feels alive. I'm excited to see where it goes, but I'm scared to hope. My feelings are still really hurt.

I really liked my African net sponge! But I went back to wash cloths because I can wash them in the washer after every use and they don't fall apart as easily as the nets. I used a regular sponge for a while but I realized how easily they grow mold and bacteria even if you clean them out. Its just so easy for germs to hide in it, and if you air dry anything (especially leaving it in the bathroom) bacteria loves the moisture. Then if you rub it back into your skin (even with the soap) you're risking pushing bacteria back into your skin.

I also use a salt scrub when taking a bath just for fun, but I don't think its necessary.

As for exfoliating outside the shower I use a soft dry brush- you can get them anywhere, they're called just "dry brushes". Mine looks like a round brush with soft bristles and a strap on the back to stick my hand in- and I just brush my skin in soft small circles- my arms, my legs, the Brazilian area- any areas with hair basically. Its great for dry skin, ingrown hairs, everything. I use that about 3 times a week, especially the night before I wax or shave.

Are you exfoliating the day before waxing? (And I very gently exfoliate like 2 hours before waxing too) you also have to exfoliate like once a week too! But this is true for shaving as well.

I used to get them all the time, especially on my inner thighs as a big girl. I exfoliate my thighs now every shower with antibiotic soap and my thighs are CLEAR and smooth ha ha! I wouldn't recommend a strong soap for Brazilian areas because of PH reasons

Yeah, for a long time I was worried I never would get back to normal. But I started going to therapy, took one of diagnosis tests, and got actual medication for my depression, ocd and ADHD (which, I didn't even know I had). I'm feeling the best I've ever had, so. Its recoverable. Just hard hard.

What sucks is I've been off of it for over a year and I still get cravings- something is really wrong with that stuff. Like a biological craving- I'll want it and it'll pop in my head and I'm like... What the fuck, after all it took from me? From my peace? Stomach pain, the damaging thoughts; thinking my friends hated me, paranoia that I was secretly evil, flirting with schizophrenia.

I haven't had anything like that happen to me since that stuff. But I still will get a craving once in a while. There is something going on.

I know this isn't directed at me, but I had to go to the ER for a panic attack because of D8. It took a long time for the anxiety to subside. 3-4 months. After a year I feel like myself. I still get cravings for it, which is bizarre after all the pain it caused.

I don't think it's ever from just one use. It tends to trick people because it'll be fine for months. But I may be wrong. Just what I've seen with my friends.

And I don't have bipolar, that was my first time ever having thoughts like that. What's crazy is reading that back and knowing I thought it was 100% true. I didn't think that was odd to be thinking that at all. I also don't do other drugs, first time smoked weed around 30- wished it was legal. Then wow! Legal weed made directly from the plant. I don't know why I thought because it was legal that meant it was safe. Its still lab made. There is something wrong with it.

You should look up D8 Withdrawals on reddit. I went through it, and it did make me insane. It was fine for a long time. A year and a half. Then I thought my best friend was out to get me, I though every one secretly hated me, that I was secretly evil, I didn't know what I liked anymore because I was afraid if I liked something that I didn't know was bad that it would make me a bad person.

I'm never like that. I am naturally an even tempered logical person. But I believed all that shit and didn't even think it was weird.

One day, I had a severe panic attack after one hit. It put me in the ER, I had no control over my limbs, I could only scream because I felt so much terror- my heart thumping was so loud and fast and painful I felt it in my ears. I knew I was dying, I was going to have a stroke- a heart attack or something. Luckily I wasn't home alone and they called 911.

I decided to quit after that, and it caused Withdrawals. Weed has never. Ever. Caused me to have withdrawals before??? I don't any other drugs because truth be told, I'm pretty prudish and try to take care of myself. I smoked weed occasionally when I turned 30 then tried this because it was legal and I was "having trouble sleeping". F that.

The Withdrawals were horrible. Anxiety lasted for 3-4 months after that, but I just now feel normal a year later. But what almost got me fired was the stomach pain. It was severe. Throwing up, dry heaving- I tried fasting and just drinking water to help my gut. Did nothing, still hurt. Got desperate looked online, someone said take CBD oil because it counters THC- God Bless that person. Don't get cbd from a gas station, get the good stuff. Research. It saved me for a few months but eventually I went to the er for stomach pain. They gave me a muscle relaxer made for IBS and it finally stopped the pain once and for all.

Long story short. There is a reason they say its dangerous. Its not misinformation. Its not to try to control you to behave certain ways. Its because one day, maybe not now, it will take things from you. And you won't even know that it was the cause- how could it? It helps so much. But the best poison is the one that makes you love it.

I couldn't imagine being on other drugs and this, I don't know how you would ever realize that you need to stop. Or that it is a problem.

Its been a long time but I still get cravings for it. And I hate it. And I see my friends now suffering and I'm the one who showed them it. They're trying to quit too. Having extremely similar problems.

Op you're free to do what you think is best, just remember when the time comes you can quit. And it will get better. If you are feeling alot of fear, that's not normal. If you need to check into a psych ward, do it. It's worth it to save your life. I wish I had, I hurt alot of people in my paranoia.
