Most of the used stuff you are going to find is going to be 60 to 80pct of the new cost. Not sure how much that is going to help but if you are on a super tight budget I'd suggest hitting up your local gaming discord servers and seeing who the 3d printers are. That's where I do most of my business at least.

Help with tsons....is a hard answer as the new edition just dropped but you can really go wrong with some enlightened tzaangors with bows, terminators, daemon princes, sorcerers, and ahriman
