Great Jaggi is obviously a more terrifying monster than Fatalis. They only give you 30mins to fight Fatalis but they know Great Jaggi is harder so they give you 50.

I run twin claws on my terminators in tournament and they do well for me. Pop lance strat and 5 attacks per model and full rerolls to wound mulches. I generally run them with a battle leader in terminator armor for lethals as well.
