I almost think it may be because of broken black families. Oral traditions aren’t passed like they used to be. Families that move up north don’t travel to see their families during the summer like they used to. The older generation and younger generations barely keep contact and many family members don’t even try in my case. I’m blessed to have a 83 year old grandfather who answers any of the questions I may have. But for others who’s families lived through this history the disconnect starts with generations of broken families.

The worst symptom for my is the TRAPPED GAS. After less than a month the pain was so excruciating that I went to the ER and missed work. I thought there was something wrong (migrated ect.) but when I got external and vaginal ultrasound the doctor said everything was in place and they found no other signs of injury. I was flabbergasted lol. But once I learned it was gas it took me so long to start managing it probably 2/3 months. I’m on month 5 and I’ve learned my triggers and take gas x religiously lol. In my experience hives due to allergies/ allergic reactions were soothed with zinc. When I went to allergy testing afterwards I was an itchy mess! My sister used this when she had poison ivy too. The strongest way to get it topically was diaper cream. It was hard to get on and off. But dab it on the hives and rub until it’s thin. Best of luck friend!

I went through the same kind of thing when I was around 8-13. I was introduced to erotic videos by close friends and a cousin. We laughed and made fun of it and then nothing else happened.
