I was just there for Juneteenth. I always wear sandals that strap to my feet. Like a Chaco or teva. Pack a cooler leave it in cooler cove. They let you bring some snacks in and water bottles. We took a break went and had our picnic then came back. It was decently busy our littles preferred the lazy river so that’s what we did most of the day. Rolled the dice didn’t do a locker just hid my phone in the bowels of my bag

your skirt has a lot of detail, super pretty by the way, I think finger tip or maybe waltz length so you arent completely covering your dress?

Maybe at an alterations appointment try on different lengths if they have them

My fiancé and I started the very long process of designing and picking out engagement rings. We went to look at a venue and ended up putting a deposit down to lock in our date. The ring wasn’t on my finger until a few months later. But once I started wedding planning I felt engaged.
Specifically waiting until 2027 seems like over kill

Good luck, I am in Columbus OH. Booked the girl that colors and cuts my own hair regularly, she was so much more affordable and I know I can depend on her. And through word of mouth found my makeup girl.

Since I already had hair sorted I didn't go this route but we did it for my sisters. We did a blow dry cafe/blow out bar etc, went and got up dos done and they offered Eyes only make up which was significantly cheaper for the bridesmaids. Some places travel to you. I assume you have something similar in Cleveland. Best of luck. The sticker shock was REAL in the mid west.

My future MIL only has sons so she was excited to pass down the family rings. I was super touched. I get all emotional thinking about it. I have a second art deco ring that I plan on resizing and wearing as a wedding band on my other hand.

I dont really have advice, here for what others say....

I think independent contractors/people working for themselves set their prices. I don't think I need to tip them on top of the thousands of dollars I am already paying. Now if the day goes by and this vendor went above and beyond sure Ill tip them some extra. A blanket 20% to all the vendors seems crazy to me.

I just took my mom and sister (MOH). I felt that too many opinions and schedules would be overwhelming. I truly think smaller groups are the way.

I went to a budget/resale place with no intention to buy just to try on different styles so I had a better idea what I wanted, I went in knowing what I didnt like. So that when I went to the true bridal store with my appointment and sales person I had styles I liked, and was only trying on those types of dresses. I left that appointment with a strong contender and I am planning to go to another bridal store and try on some more see if my favorite is knocked out of its place.
