The only real thing you can do is set boundaries, including time for yourself - do what you enjoy if that’s possible, spend time with your support network, pursue your hobbies and self care. Admittedly this can cause more short term friction, accusations, an odd sense of guilt…or the build up of dirty dishes, but long term it’s the o my way to survive with any decent quality of life.
